Talks are usually held every other month from September - June in the Reading Room at North Cadbury Village Hall.  Unless otherwise indicated, entry fee is £2 for members and £3 for non-members.  Refreshments available.



Sunday 16th September, 2.30pm, North Cadbury Village Hall.
Michael Burgess will be talking about medieval warbows of the 14th and 15th centenary as used at Crécy, Agincourt and later on the Mary Rose, covering the difference between warbows, longbows and flat bows, how and when warbows were used, types of arrows they shot and how the bows and arrows were made. He will be bringing along the bows, arrows and some bow making tools.



Sunday 18th November, 2.30pm, North Cadbury Village Hall.
Members’ Day. An opportunity for Members to talk about their work and interests. Further details later.
